HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Scroll through the images in the listing to see the BASKETBALL OPTIONS CHART. Refer to the chart and from the drop-down menu, please select the NUMBER that is on the UNIFORM COLOR you'd like. The uniform TOP and BOTTOM will be the SAME COLOR.

SELECT HAIRSTYLE AND COLOR

Scroll through the images in the listing to see the BASKETBALL OPTIONS CHART. Refer to the HAIRSTYLE OPTIONS and from the drop-down menu, please select the NUMBER that is on the STYLE AND COLOR of the hairstyle you'd like on your player.

Banner color(s) will be matched to the color of the uniform/school colors.

VERY IMPORTANT

✸ In the PERSONALIZATION box, please type the NUMBER of the SKIN TONE you'd like for your basketball player. There are FOUR (4) options. Please refer to the chart with the BASKETBALL PLAYER OPTIONS to make your selection. Indicate the NUMBER that is on the Skin Tone you'd like.

✸ In the PERSONALIZATION box, please type the NAME you'd like the ornament personalized with.

✸ In the PERSONALIZATION box, please type the SCHOOL/TEAM NAME exactly as you wish it to appear.

✸ In the PERSONALIZATION box, please type the YEAR. If you don't want a year on your ornament, please type NO YEAR.

If the year is not specified, the ornament will be personalized with the current year, 2023.

✸ Please allow ONE (1) - TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS (from the TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED UNTIL THE ORDER SHIPS) for production of your custom ornament.

✸ All ornaments will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for delays within USPS after the package leaves our possession. Please allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

✸ In order to streamline production throughout the busy holiday shopping season, NO PROOFS WILL BE PROVIDED. Please be sure to check and double-check the spelling and be sure to leave ALL requested information in the personalization box. If I have any questions about your order, I will send a message via Etsy convo. Please be sure you have notifications from Etsy TURNED ON.

✸ Please note: color may vary slightly from your monitor to the finished product print due to monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of the product.

✸ Ornaments are made-to-order. As with all handcrafted items, slight variations in placement of design are to be expected. Please note that the images in the listing are "mock-ups" (digitally-created images) and the design on your ornament may not appear as "sharp" as the digital mock-up. That being said, please know that great time, attention and care will be given to your order.
